Booking Requirements

  • Room rates offered by internet or telephone subject to availability and can change unless reservation is pending (valid for three days)
  • Unless otherwise indicated all reservations are confirmed after we receive legal  deposit or full payment of your stay. Deposit is equal to twenty five per cent (25%) of the total cost of your stay due, with minimum the first night rate. The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is made (check cancellation policy).

Maximum occupancy: as referred at room description

For every child sharing parent’s room, a statement must be made during request and confirmed upon booking.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after deposit is sent please make sure that it is not in the junk e-mail folder first and if it’s not please contact us at info@nautilushotel.gr

Please notice:

  • COOKING (& cooking appliances) IS NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON IN THE ROOMS
  • Unless otherwise noted, all lodging rates include taxes
  • ALL RATES ARE ON ROOM-ONLY BASIS

Cancellation Policy
The guest who made a reservation of rooms, for a certain period of time and did not use them either or the whole period or for part of it should pay a compensation to the Hotelier equal to the half of the price he should pay as if he used them. If the client however advised our reservation help desk about the cancellation 15 days in advance he is exempt from any obligation and any received payment will be refunded immediately. For every cancellation or change after the confirmation there is a service charge of € 10,00.
• 15 days before arrival->25% cancellation fees
• Non show ->minimum 5 nights or 100 %

Cleaning policy

  • Refreshing Service will be provided to all Nautilus rooms every day.
  • Room cleaning starts at 10:00. If you do not need the room cleaning, hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the doorknob.

The Refreshing Service includes vacuuming, replenishing of amenities & toilet paper, room & bathroom cleaning as well as clearing out wastebaskets and making bed with existing linens.

Full Housekeeping Service is provided every third day. Full Service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing of all linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning/sanitization of bathroom, replenishing of amenities & cleaning of balcony

Payment Conditions

Payments must be received by the agreed payment date. Late payments may cause cancellation of reservation. Payments can be made:

-by BANK through our bank account. Please notice that any transfer or banking fees & commissions should be paid extra directly to the bank.

-by CREDIT CARD through our secure redirected bank link. Please notice that all reservations will automatically be cancelled if any credit card authorization is denied.
