Booking Requirements Unless otherwise noted, all lodging rates include taxes. Offered room rates are subject to change until reservation is pre-booked. Pre-booking is valid for five days. A deposit is required in order for the booking to be confirmed. This is equal to twenty to twenty five per cent (20-25%) of the total amount due, according to the reservation period, with min. the first night rate. The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is made (see cancellation policy) and is deducted from the total amount outstanding. Payment can be made through bank transfer or credit card payment. Any bank fees or commissions during this transfer are paid by the guests. Reservation will automatically be cancelled if any credit card authorization is denied. Full payment must be arranged after check in, in CASH ONLY upon arrival. -Maximum occupancy: 2 adults per double room; 2 adults with 1 child (6-18 y.) in a triple room. -For every child (0-5 y.) sharing parent's room, a statement must be made during request and confirmed upon booking. Check In time: 13:00-Check Out time: 12:00 Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded only if you inform us of the cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival. In case of earlier (than stated) check out date, a penalty of 50% is paid for the rest booking nights. Cleaning policyRefresh Service will be provided to all Nautilus rooms every day. The Refresh Service includes vacuuming, replenishing of amenities & toilet paper if needed, room cleaning as well as clearing out wastebaskets, and making bed with existing linens. The room cleaning starts at 9:00. When you do not need the room cleaning, hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the doorknob. When you need an extra change of any linen, please ask at the front desk* for local charges. Full Housekeeping Service is provided every third night. Full Service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing of all linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom, replenishing of amenities & cleaning of balcony SUPERIOR ROOMS Refresh Service: like STANDARD room Full Housekeeping Service is provided every second night. Full Service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing of all linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom, replenishing of amenities & cleaning of balcony Changing of Beach towels: Every three days *Please notice that linen change under request or extra change of towel or any linen during your stay, is charged locally & paid extra at the reception.
COOKING (& cooking appliances) IS NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON IN THE ROOMS.
BREAKFAST - RECEPTION Reception is working daily, from 10.00 in the morning until afternoon. Breakfast is Continental Type, served from 7.00 - 12.00 at a self service buffet (milk, tea, filter coffee, orange juice, cake, butter, jam, honey, toast bread, cereals).
